All of STAR'S hot sauces are hand crafted with only fresh ingredients. None of our sauces contain preservatives, thickeners, or processed ingredients. They contain less salt than many other hot sauce brands.
As the contents will settle, be sure to give it a good shake, watch the Stars come out, and enjoy our sauces on your favorite dishes!
Our hot sauces are pasteurized, are shelf stable for up to a year, and should be refrigerated after opening.
This sauce flows with sweet and tangy citrus flavors of mandarin orange and kiwi. It is quickly followed by a wave of habanero heat. It goes great on chicken, seafood, pork, eggs, and even salads but will not disappoint with any dish.
A smokey blend of pequin and habanero peppers bring the Red Giant to life. Hints of carrot, garlic, and onion round out the sauce, creating a robust flavorful experience with a medium heat. Let it shine on your beef, pork, or chicken dishes.
Let your taste-buds be abducted by this blend of lemon, ginger, pepper and jalapeno. It is tangy with a hint of heat to take your eggs, chicken, rice, or beans out of this world.
About Star's Hot Sauce
After an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps in 2006, I began an exciting career in the film industry. That experience gave me the opportunity to meet and work with people from many different walks of life. One thing that always brought people together, without fail, was a good hot sauce. As a way to boost morale, I would always carry a case of my favorite hot sauces to set for everyone to share. In recent years, the film industry has suffered from a slow down that has left many artists, myself included, wondering what to do next in life.
I have always been an avid fan of both film and astronomy. When I decided to "reach for my star", it seemed only fitting to name the company after something I love. In March 2025, I decided to turn my passion for spices and cooking into practice and Star's Hot Sauce was born.
Each batch of Star's Hot Sauce is crafted with care and attention to detail. In an effort to support other small businesses, as many of our ingredients as possible are sourced from local, independent, growers and vendors here in Queens NY. I take pride in an artisanal approach, ensuring that each sauce delivers a burst of flavor that’s perfect for any palate.
